Holistic Hijama

What is Holistic Hijama?

Holistic Hijama is the process of cleansing the whole body in a natural and non invasive manner.   In order to heal the body and person the hijama practitioner must be able to naturally expel waste and toxins.  One of the main factors that contribute to poor health is a plugged gut, someone that does not completely and fully eliminate their waste thru bowel movements on a daily basis and multiple times a day.  Stool should be soft.  Hard logs, peeples, and constipation is the first sign that a person is ill.

The lymphatic system is a part of the immune system and its major job is to drain the extra lymph fluid from the body tissues and return it to the blood.  When the gut is plugged and the lymphatic system is overwhelmed the blood cannot be cleaned and the diseases and ailments spread throughout the body and metastasize. The lymphatic system is throughout the whole body and the system has lymph vessels that clean the fluid to filter viruses, bacteria, and fungi that can cause illness.   T - cells and B- cells make antibodies that stop infections from spreading.

Understand that health starts in the gut.

Hijama helps pull out the ‘excess’ at specific points on the body that directly align with the lymphatic system and organs.

Fasting allows the unplugging process of the gut, allowing the body to cleanse itself.  Just as amazing is the body will generate new T cells and replace the old cells.

A person should be hydrated with water in order for the body organs and systems to function optimally.  Water also lubricates the joints, regulates body temperature, and carries nutrients and oxygen to all cells in the body.   A person must be mindful of their source of drinking and cooking water.   Microplastics, fluoride, and hundreds of chemicals are in public waters.

The body requires oxygen.  Oxygen inhaled through the lungs circulates into the bloodstream and the body.  Mindful breathing is important with deep breaths.

Stress

Stress is like a parasitic relationship.  Stress can come in many forms such as mental, emotional, and physical and the effects of stress over time can metastasize into a list of ailments or greater.   Stress at work to perform financially may lead to poor food eating decisions, blue light from cell phones and TVs at night will disrupt the body’s natural sleep rhythm, driving in rush hour traffic are all forms of stress.  A person must be mindful of their surroundings as a means to be able to identify the root causes of stress.

Stress will affect the Autonomic Nervous system, which is composed of two parts; the sympathetic system and the parasympathetic system.  The sympathetic system is considered the fight or flight response in response to a dangerous situation.  The parasympathetic system is called the rest and digest system.   This system is most active when the body is at rest and slows down the heart rate or speeds up the digestive process.  A recently popular way to manage the over stimulation of the sympathetic system is a cold shower or cold plunge.  The cold water turns off the sympathetic systems and turns on the parasympathetic system.

Gut Health

The food and drug industries plotted together to poison the food supplies.  The end result is the massive amounts of chronic diseases and cancers that plague our current societies.  These mad scientists learned how to plug up the human gut and thus take control of such a body.

In order for a person to unplug the gut and begin detoxification, the person must consume a “non inflammatory diet”.  This diet may be slightly different from person to person, but there remain many constant factors that MUST BE AVOIDED.

  1. Seed oils.  Rice Bran, Safflower, Sunflower, Corn, Canola, Cottonseed, Soybean and Grapeseed.

  2. Carrageenan, Guar Gum, and other known gut inflammatory ingredients.

  3. Artificial foods, dyes, colors, sweeteners.

  4. Glyphosate

  5. Plant, vegetables, roots, oatmeal, nuts, seeds

  6. Pasteurization

Most people have food allergies or food sensitivities.  Knowing this information is important and many will find it surprising.  In some cases for example not all wheats are the same.  A person may be more sensitive to the chemicals that are used in the large industrial food manufacturing process.

The following is a good base for a non inflammatory diet.

Eat:

Organic Grass Fed Red meat. Beef, Lamb, Goat. organs

Glyphosate free honey

Organic fruits

Raw Milks ,Cheeses, Butter

Like a baby, slowly introducing new foods one at a time.  A person may notice illness afterwards; know to avoid those reintroduced foods.

The hijama therapy in combination with a non inflammatory diet will allow the body to begin the detoxification process.  Hijama therapy with no lifestyle and no dietary changes will still benefit a person. However a wise person, over time, will be able to make the necessary changes in combination with hijama therapy will find, God willing, a complete reversal in ailments and a return to a vibrant life.
